Valentin Brunel, aka ‘Kungs’, was born in Toulon in the south of France, and developed a passion for music and the guitar at an early age.
It was during his teenage years that he mixed his first electro sounds.
By modifying them to his own taste, he remixed hits that were a big hit, enabling him to make a name for himself with the general public.
In 2016, he made a name for himself with ‘This Girl’, which received endless radio airplay.
Her deephouse style met with success, with ‘Don’t You Know’ also a hit.
With his album ‘Layers’, he won his first NRJ Music Award in 2017. He embarked on a tour that took him from France to other countries.
In early 2022, Kungs released his second album, ‘Club Azur’, featuring artists such as Victor Flash, Boys Noize, les Knocks and GTA.
But ‘Club Azur’ is also a label, because Kungs wanted to create a structure to discover new talent and sign with the artists of his choice.

What level of skill is required to register for MentorShow?

How much time do I have to devote to the masterclasses?
Each masterclass is designed to be completed in an average of 30 days at a rate of 15 minutes per day, but you can of course go faster or slower depending on your schedule. You can watch the whole masterclass and then go back to the beginning to soak up each teaching as many times as you like during your subscription period. The courses are based on advances in neuroscience, To avoid saturating your memory with information, neuroscientists recommend that you study the skill you want to learn for 15 minutes each day. It’s better to spend a short time on it, but not allow your memory to forget, than to spend several hours on it, but not regularly enough.
